Yerevan/Mediamax/. Fifth issue of “Shen Concern” CJSC coupon bonds (SHNCB5) was listed in Bbond list of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia”.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the stock exchange that a total of 50,000 coupon bonds of the company with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and coupon yield of 12.5% p.a. (the total sum of the issue making 500mln AMD) were listed. The prospectus of the issue (placed at www.shenconcern.com and www.capital.com.am websites) was registered on October 11, 2010, by the decision of Armenian CB Chairman.

The first, second and third issues of this issuer’s bonds were redeemed in 2007-2008 and the fourth one will be redeemed on February 12, 2011. “Shen-Concern” CJSC was established in 1995. The company is now primarily involved in the production and sales of construction materials, and starting from 2009 also in textile production.
