Yerevan/Mediamax/. The volume of collected insurance benefits of “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” Company for 9 months, 2010, made 1bln 575mln AMD.

Mediamax reports that in the accounting period, the growth of insurance collection speeds made 216%, as compared to the analogous period of 2009. At that, the volume of insurance payments in the accounting period made 205mln AMD, having increased by 380%, as compared to 2009. As of today, the volume of insurance reserves makes 1bln 107mln AMD.

In 2010, the company created 170 additional workplaces in Armenia. The agent and partner network of sales has 1500 people today.

Since January 1, 2011, the company will open the Single Center for Loss Regulation, which will allow increasing the level of customer service. A multi-channel contact center will be functioning on its basis. Its employees will register insurance cases and provide information and legal support 24 hours a day.

“Rosgosstrakh Armenia” CJSC was established in May, 2008. The authorized capital stock of the company makes 2.13bln AMD.
