Yerevan/Mediamax/. “VTB Bank (Armenia)” increased the terms of providing mortgage credit.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that since December 1, “VTB Bank (Armenia)” increased the term of mortgage crediting for purchase of an apartment or a house on the territory of Armenia to 35 years with the initial payment of 30% in AMD and 20% in USD. Besides, the bank has increased also the maximum sum of the credit in USD to up to 300 thousands.

The interest rates on mortgage credits for the term from 10 to 35 years make 12% and more in AMD and 11% and more in USD. Besides, the process of approval for provision of a mortgage credit and the list of necessary document have also been facilitated.

“The new offer is addressed first of all to young customers and, I hope, it will have significant demand. In conditions of current prices for real estate, increase of the terms of crediting will significantly simplify the purchase of an apartment. And, as a result, this will give buyers the chance to consider and purchase higher quality housing without losing time on additional accumulations”, Director of the bank’s Retail Business Development Department A. Khachatryan stated.
