Yerevan/Mediamax/. Central Bank (CB) of Armenia registered the prospectus of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC shares’ second placement, according to which they offer to carry out placement of 1.4mln ordinary nominal stocks at the sum of 1.554bln AMD at the value of 1.110 AMD per share.

Mediamax was informed in “Armswissbank” (placement underwriter) that the stock placement will take place with application of the shareholders’ right for preferential subscription, notifications on which are accepted before December 1, 2010. Shares, which are not placed as a result of the preferential subscription, are subject to placement by means of open subscription, which will last from December 2 to 22.

The first public offering of “Artsakh HPP” shares took place in spring, 2009. From the total sum of the issue, making 3.45bln AMD, 905.14mln was placed.
