Yerevan/Mediamax/. “BSC” Company announced publication of the third additional version of “How to Start Own Business in Armenia” book, composed on the basis of 16 years experience of the company with numerous enterprises of the private sector in the capital and the marzes of Armenia.

Shareholder Director of “BSC” Samvel Gevorgyan stated in an interview to Mediamax that the new publication is meant for wide audience from beginners and successful businessmen to university students. The previous publications of the book (2003 and 2005) were used in some higher educational institutions of the country as a manual on entrepreneurship.

“In the book, which consists of 15 sections and 75 subsections, we have tried to give detailed answers to the following questions: How to start own business and how to find work by one’s own specialty? Does business idea meet the requirements of the modern market? What marketing research should be carried out in order to compose a competent business plan? What is the basis of efficient company and personnel management? Which are the effective sources of financing?” Samvel Gevorgyan stressed.

304 pages of the book also present legal aspects of organizing business activity, in particular, rules of accounting, basic types of agreements and the tax commitments based on the agreements, the list of tax and social payments, order of organizing checks in companies and mechanisms of entrepreneur rights protection.

A separate chapter in the book is devoted to elaborating policy of corporate social responsibility of business.

According to “BSC” Head’s assessment, the value of the book is that it brings numerous practical and real examples from the experience of Armenian companies’ activity.

“How to Start Own Business in Armenia” book is published with circulation of 1500 copies and is available in Yerevan bookstores. The company carries out negotiations with regional partners on spreading the book in the marzes of the country.
