Yerevan/Mediamax/. Inflation and increase of tax load are the worst changes, which have taken place under the current government of Armenia. Mediamax reports that 39.8% respondents of the social survey, carried out upon Armenian government’s order by Institute of Political and Social Consultations “IPSC” in September, 2010, among 1619 respondents (571 in Yerevan, 1048 in the regions of the republic), believe this is true. Unemployment (8.8%) and illegality, corruption and monopoly (7.6%) occupy the second and the third places among worst changes under the current government. Among other changes to the worse, people note deterioration of life standard, reforms in the system of education (in particular, opening of foreign language schools and reduction of free of charge seats in higher educational institutions), non-fulfillment of promises by authorities, limitation of human rights and incompetent foreign policy. At that, the foreign policy occupies the second place in the list of most positive shifts, registered under the current government: 7.4% of respondents have supported foreign policy of Armenia. 7.4% of respondents named increase of frequency among cases, when the law prevails and reduction of bribery as a positive shift over the past 2.5 years.
