Yerevan/Mediamax/. As of September 30, 2010, “Ameriabank” provided for the largest credit portfolio in the banking system of Armenia.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Ameriabank” that the credit portfolio of the bank made 88bln AMD following the results of the first three quarters, 2010.

Growth of the credit portfolio, as compared to the beginning of the year, made 37%, as compared to the analogous period last year – 98%.

87% of credit portfolio growth in the first three quarters is secured due to credits to corporate customers, whose number increased in the accounting period by 38%.

As of September 30, 84% of the bank’s credit portfolio (75bln AMD) represent credits, issued to corporate customers.

Growth in crediting individuals in the first three quarters made 29%, and in the course of a year the index almost doubled (growth - 99%).
