Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Shen-Concern” CJSC held issue of coupon bonds at the sum of 500mln AMD.

Dealer-broker of “Capital Asset Management” Investment Company (underwriter of the issue) Alik Arakelyan informed Mediamax that “Shen-Concern” CJSC issued 50 thousand coupon bonds with the nominal value of 10 thousand AMD and annual yield of 12.5%.

The prospectus of this issue (placed at www.shenconcern.com and www.capital.com.am websites) was registered on October 11 by the decision of Armenian CB Chairman.

The issue placement launched on October 15 and will last till November 12, 2010.
