Yerevan/Mediamax/. In January-September, 2010, Armenian GDP increased by 2.8%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia today, GDP volume in January-September, 2010, made 2 trillion 386bln 668.4mln AMD. Speeds of GDP growth in Armenia since June continue slowing down: in January-May, 2010, the economy growth made 8.8%, and in January-June – 6.7%, in January-July – 4%, in January-August – 3.1%. Volume of industrial output in the country in January-September, 2010, made 579bln 140.7mln AMD, having increased by 10.9%, as compared the analogous period of 2009. 17.9% decline was observed in January-September, 2010, in the sphere of agriculture. Decline speeds in agricultural sector reduced by 0.1 percentage points, as compared to January-August. Average monthly salary in Armenia in January-September, 2010, increased by 7.9%, as compared to the analogous period of last year, making 106 048 AMD ($295). At that, growth of salaries in state sector made 4.2% (85 184 AMD) in the accounting period, and in the private sector – 9.3% (133 382 AMD).Armenian export increased by 43.9% in January-September, 2010 Foreign trade turnover of Armenia made AMD 1 trillion 277.3bln or USD 3bln 383.7mln in January-September, 2010, having increased by 23.6%, as compared to the same period of 2009. As Mediamax was informed in the National Statistical Service of Armenia today, export volume increased by 43.9%, making AMD 266.3bln or USD 705.3mln in the accounting period. Import in January-September, 2010, increased by 19.2%, as compared to the same period of 2009, making AMD 1 trillion 11bln or USD 2bln 678.4mln.
