Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Armeconombank” OJSC CEO David Sukiasyan submitted resignation from the position of Bank CEO and a statement to be transferred to another position for the reason of health state.

Mediamax was informed in Marketing Department of the Bank that at the session of “Armeconombank” Board, which took place today, David Sukiasyan was transferred from the position of Bank CEO to the position of Advisor to “Armeconombank” Board Chairman.

Member of Bank’s Board of Directors Armen Naljian is appointed Acting CEO of “Armeconombank”.
