Yerevan/Mediamax/. On Tuesday, Government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) approved medium-term expenses’ program for 2011-2013, which will be sent to the parliament’s consideration. NKR Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of Spartak Tevosyan stated at the session of the government that 9-11% GDP growth has been planned for 2011-2013, and this will allow solving a number of economic and social problems. The government intends to preserve the annual expenses at the level of 43.6-50.1% of GDP. They also plan that NKR state budget expenses will make over 69bln AMD in 2013. Spartak Tevosyan noted that the minimum wage in NKR will make 32 thousand AMD in 2011. No increase of salary is provided for in the state management system and in the sphere of national education. According to him, the state will pay special attention to healthcare: large-scale capital investments will be made for modernizing the sphere, as well as increasing the salary of medical employees.
