Yerevan/Mediamax/. In January-August 2010, the proceeds increased by 21,2% in the state budget of Armenia, as compared to the analogous period in 2009, making 503,3bln AMD. Mediamax was informed in the press service of Ministry of Finance of Armenia that state budget expenditure part increased by 7,1%, as compared to the same period in 2009, making 529,8bln AMD. State budget revenue and expenditure parts provided respectively 97,5% and 83,2% of the program of state budget for the first three quarters of 2010, approved by the governmental. 92,5% of state budget revenues are formed by tax proceeds, state duties and obligatory social payments. The statement reads that the growth of state budget expenditure part is mainly conditioned by state debt maintenance, increase of expenditures in connection with the grants, as well as reduction of proceeds in connection with non-financial assets alienation.
