Yerevan/Mediamax/. Board of the Central Bank (CB) of Armenia permitted liquidation and declared invalid the licence of “London-Yerevan” LLC insurance company at its session today.

The portfolio of “London-Yerevan” was purchased by “Rosgosstrakh Armenia” insurance company in late 2009 – early 2010. This information was confirmed by the press service of the latter.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of CB that at today’s session, the Board also approved “criteria for financial organizations and accountable issuers to choose audit companies”.
