Yerevan/Mediamax/. Net profit of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC in the first half of 2010 made 719.4mln AMD, exceeding the analogous index of 2009 by 105%.

Mediamax was informed in “Armswissbank” (underwriter of “Artsakh HPP” shares) that the aggregate profit of the issuers in the first half of the year increased by 153%, as compared to the july-december 2009, making 806.4mln AMD. Increase of aggregate proceeds of the company, as compared to the analogous index of 2009, made 120% (941.7mln AMD).

“Artsakh HPP” assets made 11.37bln AMD following the results of the half year, having increased by 27.8%, as compared to July-December, 2009. The own capital of the company in the accounting period was replenished by 1.85% and made 6.78bln AMD. The liabilities of “Artsakh HPP” in the first half of the year doubled, making 4.587bln AMD.

The volume of electricity, produced by the company, increased in the accounting period by 119.6%. The volume of capital investments of the company in the first half of the year made 1.719bln AMD, having increased by 67%, as compared to the analogous period of last year.
