Yerevan/Mediamax/. A credit organization will be established in Armenia, aimed at meeting the demand for investors’ credits in energy sector.

Mediamax reports, the government of Armenia charged Energy and Natural Resources Minister today to setup us such credit organization.

The credit organization is supposed to be established by Fund for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency of Armenia (FREEE) with authorized capital in the amount of 200mln AMD.

FREEE has been operating since 2005 and implements credit and grant programs, directed at the development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. The government of Armenia and World Bank are the donors of the Fund.
