Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Armeconombank” and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed an agreement today on a syndicated loan at the volume of $10mln for crediting small and medium business. Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Armeconombank” that EBRD, Austrian UniCredit Bank Austria AG, English FBN Bank (UK) Limited and Swiss Blue Orchard Finance organization participate in the syndicated loan. The press service noted that in the process of syndication, the offer of its participants exceeded the minimum of $8mln, initially announced by EBRD, and made $10mln. The syndicated loan consists of two separate loans. The first loan at the volume of $4mln will be provided by the European bank for the term of 36 months, and the second at the volume of $6mln will be provided by the remaining participants of the syndication for the term of 12 months and the opportunity of prolongation for the same period of time. The maximum size of credits, issued by “Armeconombank” from the means of this syndicated loan, will make $500 thousands. Tweet Views 15178
