Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Financial and Banking College” Foundation (FBC) launched a new program “Joint Development: from Competition to Cooperation”.

As Mediamax was informed in FBC, the program provides for realization of short-term training courses – Master Class Trainings, which will be held by representatives of the leading staff of the country’s banking system.

The first Master Class was held by the Chairman of the Union of Banks of Armenia Ararat Ghukasyan on “Corporate Management and Values in the Banking System”.

The main goal of the new program is to assist middle managers and leading specialists of the Armenian banking system in increasing knowledge in the sphere of management, developing professional skills and train them as future managers.
