Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Araratbank” assets increased by 46,7%, making 43bln 466mln AMD in 2009 fiscal year, stated Bank President Ashot Osipyan.

Mediamax reports, speaking at “Araratbank” shareholders’ general annual meeting in Yerevan on May 31, Ashot Osipyan informed that loan investments of the bank increased by 32,3%, making 16bln 096mln AMD during the report period.

“Araratbank” obligations increased by 60,8% and made 35bln 517mln AMD in 2009, as compared to 2008. The capital of the bank increased by 5,4% and made 7bln 948mln AMD during the report period. Net income of the bank made 356mln AMD in 2009.

The number of plastic cards, issued by the bank increased by 81,3%, making 38 140 in 2009.

Following the results of 2009 fiscal year, “Araratbank” possessed 66 123 customers, which exceeded the index by 154%, as compared to 2008.

Speaking on the short-term plans of the bank, Ashot Osipyan stated the introduction of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, organization of meetings with customers’ target groups, the process of polls, based on SERVQUAL methodology.

Bank President also stated that “Araratbank” remains loyal to use of Risk Based Pricing.

Ashot Osipyan highlighted online banking services development among other priorities.
