Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian government approved today the suggestions on making changes in tax legislation on implementing a “single window” principle for registration of enterprises and the latter receiving a taxpayer’s accounting number.

Mediamax reports that the Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia Rubik Kocharian informed today that if the ones, who want to register a legal entity or get registered as a private entrepreneur, now have to first turn to the State Registry, and then to the tax structure in the course of a month in order to receive a taxpayer’s accounting number, after the changes, the taxpayer’s accounting number will be automatically issued right after registration in State Registry.

“And if the ones, who did not turn to the tax structure in the course of a month after registration, used to be fined, as a result of the changes, there will be no need to take up such measures”, Rubik Kocharian stated.
