Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian stated today that opening of the longest ropeway in the world, which leads to Tatev Monastic Complex in the south of Armenia, will take place on October 16.

The Armenian government made a decision today to allocate 80mln AMD to eliminate the obstacles along the path of constructing the ropeway. The means will be provided to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources for moving six electricity transmission towers to another place.
