Yerevan/Mediamax/. 36.499 deals were concluded in real estate market of Armenia in the first quarter, 2010.  

Mediamax reports that the Head of Real Estate Evaluation Cadastre Department of State Real Estate Cadastre Arman Petrosyan stated today that, as compared to the analogous period of 2009, this index has increased by 27.9%. He expressed opinion that the increase tendency in the number of deals will be preserved during the entire year.

32.2% of deals fell on the share of Yerevan, 13.6% - Kotayk Marz, 8.5% - Gegharkunik marz.

The average price for 1 square meter in multi-flat buildings in Yerevan increased by 2.6% in the first quarter, 2010, as compared to the fourth quarter of 2009.

The average price for 1 square meter in a multi-flat building in Yerevan made 271.400 AMD. The highest price was registered in Center (Kentron) community of the capital – 470.600 AMD for 1 square meter, and the lowest price – in Nubarashen community (143.300 AMD).
