Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Artsakh HPP” Company plans to start payment of dividends out to the shareholders on May 17, following the results of activity in 2009.

Mediamax was informed in “Artsakh HPP” that today 862 074 are placed at the total sum of 862mln 74 thousand AMD. 14 legal entities and 1097 individuals from over 10 countries participated at the initial placement of the shares.

The Company noted that initially there was no payment of dividends for 2009 planned for, however in March the Board of Directors made a decision to pay dividends at the volume of 100 AMD, or 10% of the nominal value of one share, out to the shareholders.

By the moment of the Company’s foundation, “Artsakh HPP” capital made 5bln 100mln AMD; now it has reached 5bln 962mln 74 thousand AMD.

The profit of the Company made 1bln 73mln AMD in 2009.
