Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Inecobank” joined “Affordable apartment for a young family” state program.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that the maximum cost of the purchased apartment within the framework of the program should not exceed 16mln AMD.

Young families, the aggregate age of the spouses in which does not exceed 60 and the age of each of the spouses does not exceed 35, may participate in the program. If there is a single parent with a child, the parent’s age should not exceed 30.

The credit will be provided at the following conditions: repayment term – 10 years, annual interest rate – 10.5% (2 % is being subsidized by the state), prepayment – 30%, maximum credit sum – 70% of the apartment cost, but no more than 11.2mln AMD.

“Inecobank” also offers young families services of “Aparik+” payment card with a credit line of up to $2 thousand. Holders of this card may purchase goods from 150 companies, receiving various discounts and privileges.
