Yerevan/Mediamax/. BSC Business Support Center presented in Yerevan a manual on corporate social responsibility for Armenian organizations.

As the Center Director Samvel Gevorgyan stated at the presentation, during the work over the manual, the Center cooperated with farmer organizations for 5 years.
 
“We decided to start from the agricultural branch, to then pass the experience we gain to other spheres as well”, Samvel Gevorgyan stated.

He stressed that the work with farmers allowed first of all developing mutually beneficial cooperation between farmer economies and processing organizations. According to Samvel Gevorgyan, the notion of social corporate responsibility has only started to develop in Armenia, and enterprises do not have sufficient knowledge and experience to elaborate their own strategies of social responsibility.

Samvel Gevorgyan noted that BSC Business Support Center made a decision to spread the ideology of social responsibility among Armenian enterprises.
