Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Artsakhbank” announced that it's preparing to join “Affordable Dwellings for Young Families” governmental target program.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Artsakhbank” today that mortgage credits will be issued to young families with the purpose of purchasing dwelling in multi-flat buildings in Yerevan.

Young families, the aggregate age of the spouses in which does not exceed 60 years, may participate in the program.

The maximum term of the mortgage credits makes 10 years, the annual interest rate – 10.5%, of which 2% will be subsidized by the state. The maximum price of the flat, purchased within the framework of the program, will make 16mln AMD, the prepayment starts at 30% of the flat cost.
