Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Armbusinessbank” launches provision of mortgage credits within the framework of state target program “Affordable dwelling for young families”.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that young families, whose aggregate age should not exceed 60 years, can participate in the program. The mortgage credit is available only for families, which do not own real estate or have dwelling space not exceeding 18 square meters for one member of the family.

Families, which intend to purchase an apartment or to finish the construction of an incomplete private house in a rural area, given that one of the spouses is registered and has been living in that location for at least 10 years, can participate in the program.
