Yerevan /Mediamax/. International Finance Corporation (IFC) has published a Mortgage Borrower Guide “20 Questions and Answers on Mortgage Crediting”, which is available free of charge in the majority of Armenian commercial banks.
Mediamax was informed in IFC Yerevan office today that the guide addresses the questions people might have when applying for a mortgage loan, and provides explanations of common mortgage-related terms, practices and procedures.
“Developing the mortgage market is directly related to increasing living standards and expanding financial markets in Armenia,” said Thomas Lubeck, IFC Regional Head, Caucasus.
The guide is published by IFC’s Armenia Banking Market Development Project in cooperation with Armenia Mortgage Market Participants’ Association.--0--
