Yerevan /Mediamax/. Board of the Central Bank of Armenia made a decision to increase refinancing rate for 0.5 percentage points, establishing it at the level of 6.0% at the session, which took place in Yerevan today. Mediamax was informed in the press service of Armenian CB that inflation at the volume of 1.7% is registered in January, 2010, as compared to December, 2009, which will make 7.0% following the results of a year, that is to say, 1.5% more than the established ceiling of the annual targeted limit. Taking into account the above-mentioned inflationary tendencies, CB Board strives to reduce the deviations of inflation by the end of the year from the previously established index through toughening of the financial-credit policy.--0-- Tweet Views 11414
