Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian currency does not possess the necessary resources to withstand external pressures and it is quite likely that the national currency exchange rate will make 400 and more AMD for 1 USD.

Mediamax reports that member of parliamentary faction of “Prosperous Armenia” Party (PAP) Vardan Bostanjyan expressed this opinion today.

According to him, new devaluation of AMD might serve as a good stimulus for export growth and quick rehabilitation of Armenian economy.
