Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Ameriabank” became the most frequently mentioned bank in electronic and print media of Armenia in 2009.

Results of a monitoring, carried out among over 30 media (news programs of TV channels, newspapers, news agencies and internet media) by Mediamax in 2009, evidence this.

The second position as to the number of references is occupied by VTB Bank Armenia, and the third line belongs to “HSBC Bank Armenia”.

The largest number of positive mentions also fell on the share of “Ameriabank”, the second and the third lines are respectively occupied by VTB Bank and “HSBC Bank Armenia”.

As to individual types of media, “Ameriabank” also occupied the first place as to the number of mentions in newspapers, news agencies and internet media.

In TV channels the largest number of mentions fell on the share of 4 banks – “Araratbank”, “ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank”, “Converse Bank” and “Armeconombank”.
