Yerevan /Mediamax/. ARARATBANK intends to realize a program of aggressive increase of the number of branches in 2010. Mediamax reports that the Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors Ashot Osipyan informed journalists on that today. According to him, the bank concluded the year of 2009 successfully, registering growth on all indices, and they plan to preserve the given speed in 2010 as well. The profit of the bank following the results of 2009 made 580mln AMD. Ashot Osipyan brought certain indices of the bank for the year of 2009. Thus, the total assets of the bank as of December 31, 2009, increased by 39.5%, as compared to 2008, and made 41.3bln AMD. At that, the credit investments in the accounting period made over 16bln AMD (increase - 33%), the liabilities of the bank made 33.4bln AMD (increase - 51.6%) and the total capital made 7.8blnA MD (increase - 4%). In 2009, the number of the bank’s customers increased for 35.5 thousands, making 68.6 thousands. The number of plastic cards increased by 79.3% last year and made 38.2 thousands. Ashot Osipyan described the deal on purchasing “Izmirlian-Eurasia” Universal Credit Organization as successful, noting that all expectations from the given deal justified. Tweet Views 13826
