Yerevan. /Mediamax/. Starting today, “Renesa” CJSC will provide buy and sell prices for the third issue of nominal coupon bonds of “ARARATBANK” OJSC.

Mediamax was informed in “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” press service that as the market maker of bonds, “Renesa” will enhance their liquidity ensuring that investors are always able to buy and sell the bonds in the secondary market.

The third issue of “ARARATBANK” coupon bonds with the volume of 250mln AMD was listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia Bbond exchange platform on January 12, 2010. This issue of “ARARATBANK” bonds consists of 25,000 bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and coupon yield of 10%p.a., and the redemption term makes 18 months. The bonds are listed under ticker symbol ARBKB3.

The press service noted that “Renesa” was also the market maker of the second issue of “ARARATBANK” bonds, which was redeemed in December 2009.
