Yerevan /Mediamax/. The third issue of “ARARATBANK” OJSC bonds with the volume of 250mln AMD was listed in Bbond list of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” today.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” that 25 thousand bonds with nominal value AMD 10,000, maturity 18 months and annual yield of 10% were listed.

The issue will be traded under ARBKB3 ticker symbol.

“ARARATBANK” held the first issue of bonds with the volume of 250mln AMD in 2007, and the second, with the volume of 400mln AMD, was held in June, 2008. The circulation of first two issues of the bank’s bonds on the Stock Exchange exceeded 700mln AMD. At present, the bank’s stocks (ARBK) are also accepted to trading on the Stock Exchange.

When presenting the third issue of “ARARATBANK” bonds on December 14, 2009, the bank representatives informed that the credit portfolio of the bank made 15.5bln AMD as of mid-December, having increased following the results of a year for 3.5bln AMD, the assets of the bank made about 40bln AMD, and the net profit of the bank exceeded 350mln AMD in 2009.

Over 74% of shares of the bank currently belong to “Flash” oil trader and 25% is held by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
