Yerevan /Mediamax/. 18 banks and 4 credit organizations entered the list of 300 top taxpayers of Armenia following the results of the first three quarters of 2009.

Mediamax reports that the leading taxpayer in the banking sector of Armenia in January-September of 2009 is "Ardshininvestbank", which occupied the 16th place in the list. The total sum of the taxes paid by the bank made 1 bln 979 mln 216.4 thousand AMD.

The 17th place is occupied by "ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank", which paid 1 bln 890 mln 492.3 thousand AMD of taxes. The 20th line represents "VTB Bank (Armenia) " (1 bln 772 mln 053.9 thousand AMD), 21st is "HSBC Bank Armenia" (1 bln 681 mln 659,8 thousand AMD).

The list also included "Unibank" (38th place, 1 bln 161 mln 139.5 thousand), "Converse Bank" (51st place, 845 mln 943,5 thousand), "Ameriabank" (64th place, 715 mln 902,9 thousand), "Inecobank" (80th place, 518 mln 564,1 thousand), "Armbusinessbank" (86th place, 486 mln 098,2 thousand), "Prometey Bank" (136th place, 344 mln 356 thousand), "ARARATBANK" (155th place, 301 mln 368,7 thousand), "Areximbank - GazpromBank Group" (157th place, 291 mln 905,1 thousand), "Anelik Bank" (186th place, 240 mln 812 thousand), "Armeconombank" (190th place, 238 mln 666 thousand), "Armenian Development Bank" (199th place, 228 mln 418,1 thousand), "ProCredit Bank" (258th place, 182 mln 852.4 thousand), "Cascade Bank" (289th place, 165 mln 149,6 thousand ) and "Mellat Bank" (294th place, 163 mln 303,7 thousand).

The 87th place in the list represents "Norvik" Universal Credit Organization, which has paid in January-September taxes at the total sum of 484 mln 422.6 thousand AMD. "Finca" Universal Credit Organization is the 127th (370 mln 299,5 thousand AMD), the 143rd line is occupied by "Aregak" Universal Credit Organization (334 mln 463,2 thousand AMD) and the 227th line belongs to "ACBA Leasing" Credit Organization (207 mln 038,2 thousand).

As to the sum of social payments, the leading one in the financial sector of Armenia is "ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank" (15th place, 253 mln 381,1 thousand AMD). The 17th place is occupied by "Ardshininvestbank" (242 mln 300,9 thousand), and the 27th place belongs to "VTB Bank Armenia" (177 mln 400 thousand AMD).
