Yerevan /Mediamax/. As many individuals as possible should be attracted to corporate bonds market in Armenia by means of increasing securities’ yield, Director of "TONTON" Investment Company Gor Arakelyan stated in the interview with Mediamax. Gor Arakelyan accounted this necessity for the current situation in securities’ market in Armenia, when governmental bonds have acquired considerably greater attractiveness than corporate ones. "In current conditions, governmental bonds with annual yield of 9.9% are more attractive as compared to corporate ones with the yield of 11%, since the first one is more reliable", Gor Arakelyan said, specifying that corporate securities are liable to income tax in the amount of 10%. Gor Arakelyan gave a high assessment to the results of "TONTON" own bonds circulation, redeemed on September 2, 2009, stating that the company’s expectations have been justified. Director of "TONTON" stated that in the nearest future, the company plans no new issue of securities, but it will consider this possibility in the future. Tweet Views 17146
