Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian businessmen demonstrate low level of concern by environmental problems.

As Mediamax was informed in Marketing Department of “Grant Thornton Amyot”, the results of “Grant Thornton International” international business report, composed basing on a survey of 7200 heads of private companies in 36 countries of the world, evidence this.

The results of the survey show that Armenian businessmen do not yearn to take up nature preservation measures.

As to the level of concern by environmental problems, Armenia occupies the 31st place (the first place is occupied by the Philippines, and the last – by Turkey), and as to readiness to deal with solution of ecology problems, Armenia occupies the 26th line (as to this index, Thailand leads, and the last one in the list is Belgium).
