Yerevan /Mediamax/. Decrease of the refinancing rate should lead to stirring up of crediting by commercial banks of Armenia and decrease of interest rates. Mediamax reports that the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan said this in the parliament on June 9. He reminded that recently the CB Board has been decreasing gradually the refinancing rate from 7.25% to 6%.
