Central Bank (CB) of Armenia summed up the results of “Best Information Brochure 2009” competition, within the framework of which the regulator chooses banks, insurance companies and credit organizations, which provide the customers more all-comprehensive, quality and accessible information on their services. Mediamax reports that in “Best Brochure 2009” nomination, the winners are “HSBC Bank Armenia”, “ISG” Insurance Company and ACBA Leasing Universal Credit Organization. In “Best Design and Information Provision Method” nomination, the winners are “Converse Bank”, “Alfa Insurance” Insurance Company and ABCA Leasing organization. Winners in the nomination “Best Content and High Accessibility” are “ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank”, “INGO-Armenia” Insurance Company and “Norvik” Universal Credit Organization. Speaking at the certificate awarding ceremony, member of CB Board Vakhtang Abramyan noted that CB realizes the given competition aiming at protecting the rights of consumers of financial services and increasing confidence for the financial market. Vakhtang Abramyan also informed that, as opposed to the analogous competition last year, this year the number of nominations and jury members increased.
