Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Armbusinessbank” leads as to the volume of placed credits among ten banks and credit organizations of Armenia, which participate in the program of the German KfW bank.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of “Armbusinessbank”, the specific weight of mortgage credits, provided by the bank within the framework of the German-Armenian Fund program, makes 19.5%.

As of April 30, 2009, the number of borrowers, who have received mortgage credits from the bank, made 156, and the total volume of the issued credits made 931mln AMD. At that credits to purchase dwellings made 47.2% of the credit portfolio of the bank, and the remaining part of crediting fell on the share of credits for repair.
