Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian government sold 0.3% of “Ameriabank” shares it owned to the owner of 99.7% of shares, TDA Holdings Ltd. Investment Holding Company, which is the affiliated Company of Russian “Troika Dialogue”.

Mediamax reports that today at the session of the government, the Minister of Finance of Armenia Tigran Davtyan stated that they mean 1175 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 40 thousand AMD each. Minister of Finance stated that the total sum of the deal made 52mln AMD. The sum will be transferred to the state budget of Armenia within 7 banking days.
