Yerevan /Mediamax/. Placement of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC will not be concluded on April 10, as it was planned, but on May 10.

General Director of “Armenbrok” Investment Company Aram Kayfajyan informed Mediamax on this today. “Armenbrok” is the underwriter and the consultant of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC share issue.

According to Aram Kayfajyan, the placement term is prolonged to give large investors the opportunity to realize withdrawal of their own means and to invest those in the shares.

Earlier, Aram Kayfajyan stated in an interview to Mediamax that small and medium investors were priority ones for the underwriter, but if the placement was unsatisfactory, the underwriter would attract a number of potential large investors, who had verbally expressed readiness to purchase large packages of shares.

The total volume of the issue makes 3bln 450mln 750 AMD. The number of ordinary nominal shares to be placed makes 3 285 715, the placement value of one share makes 1050 AMD.
