Yerevan /Mediamax/. VivaCell-MTS doesn’t expect any significant revenue decrease, caused by the entry of the third operator to the market.

Mediamax reports that General Manager of “VivaCell-MTS” Ralph Yirikian writes this in his blog at www.itel.am portal.

“Many people ask - what will be when the new player enters the market this year? VivaCell-MTS doesn’t expect any significant revenue decrease with the entry of the third operator. Of course it will capture a certain share of the market - and it’s quite natural to suppose it will be composed not only of still unoccupied part of the market, but also of some part of both our and our today’s competitor’s subscriber bases. And we’ll continue developing innovative products and services and providing quality customer service. This is how we convince our clients to stay with us - this includes new services, tariff packages and other marketing tools. The final decision belongs to the client”, Ralph Yirikian stressed.
