Yerevan /Mediamax/. General Director of “ArmenTel” CJSC Neicho Velichkov believes that “ideally, this relationship should be that of a partnership”.

“And if one avoids extremes – unjustified protectionism that can incapacitate the company or, the contrary, excessive regulation and suppression of the companies – the partnership with the state can become a serious advantage for the traditional operators, helping them to fulfill their social mission”, General Director of “ArmenTel” believes.

Neicho Velichkov noted that “it is the traditional operators that have technical and human resources, able to keep pace with technological advancement”.

“On the other hand, the traditionalist sometimes can stand in the way of business, curb its flexibility. Overcoming these factors is the main task assumed by the company manager at the time of change”, “ArmenTel” Head stressed.
