Yerevan /Mediamax/. In the nearest future, the session of “ArmRosGazprom” Board of Directors will take place, at which the new composition of the company’s shareholders will be approved. As the Spokeswoman of “ArmRosGazprom” Shushan Sardaryan told Mediamax today, “Itera” Group of Companies came out of the shareholders’ composition of “ArmRosGazprom” CJSC, selling ordinary nominal shares of the Armenian-Russian Company at the volume of 2mln 800 thousands to “Gazprom” OJSC. This makes 4.45% of the authorized capital stock of “ArmRosGazprom” CSJC. As Shushan Sardaryan noted, at present “Itera” LLC is still within the general shareholders’ composition of the company, but in the nearest future session of the Board of Directors will take place, during which the new composition of the company’s shareholders will be approved. The deal on selling the share of “Itera” LLC in “ArmRosGazprom” CJSC was registered on March 12, 2009, in the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA). The authorized capital stock of “ArmRosGazprom” CJSC makes about $580mln. Previously, 20% of the authorized capital stock of the company belonged to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia, 75.55% - to “Gazprom” OJSC and 4.45% to “Itera” LLC.
