Yerevan /Mediamax/. 9.2% economic growth, provided for by the state budget 2009, is unreal, Deputy Minister of Finance of Armenia Vardan Aramyan stated in an interview to Mediamax today. Vardan Aramyan stated that the attraction of loans by the Armenian government from International Development Association, entering the World Bank Group, at the total sum of 35.4mln SDR for the term of 20 years will allow more efficiently struggling against negative consequences of the global crisis. According to the Deputy Minister, the Armenian government strives to attract “fast response” means to the economy of the country to secure economic growth. Vardan Aramyan noted that the collection of 60% of the planned tax proceeds in the first two months of 2009 is adequate to the macroeconomic situation which is being formed in the country. At that he stressed that the established correlation of collected taxes and the state budget at the volume of 17.4% should be secured irrespective of the economic situation. Tweet Views 681
