Yerevan /Mediamax/. The agreement on allocation of a stabilization loan at the sum of $500mln by Russia does not provide for fulfillment of any non-financial commitments by Armenia, Mediamax was told in the press service of Armenian Ministry of Finance today. The governments of Armenia and Russia signed a preliminary agreement on providing a state loan at the volume $500mln to Armenia, aiming at neutralization of negative consequences of the global financial crisis. Mediamax reports referring the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia that the loan will be provided at milder conditions, than the ones present in the world market today. The loan repayment term makes 15 years, 4 of which are preferential. The press service noted that the talks between Russian and Armenian governments are still in process. Tweet Views 12788
