Second tranche of “Elite Group” CSJC (ELTGB2) bonds, which was listed in Cbond category, from now on is included in Bbond tier.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, the changing of the status of the bonds occurred based on Elite Group’s request, as the issuer complied with all requirements set for NASDAQ OMX Armenia Bbond list.

The total volume of this issue of the company’s discount bonds makes AMD 868,625,000, maturity 730 days, and coupon yield of 11%, the nominal value of one bond – 1000 AMD.

The press service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia noted that the first tranche of coupon bonds of “Elite Group” CJSC (ELTGB1) will continue being listed in Cbond category, since its volume (131mln 375 thousand AMD) is under the minimum, required for entering Bbond list.
