Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia will become the third founder-country of the Eurasian Development Bank (EADB), Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia Armen Movsisyan stated today. Mediamax reports that the Minister noted that the Armenian side intends to attract investment means into developing energy, transport, communication, chemical and light industry, processing of agricultural production. The agreement on founding EADB was signed by Russia and Kazakhstan in January, 2006. The authorized capital stock of the Bank makes $1.5bln, $1bln of which belongs to the Russian side, and $500mln – to Kazakhstan. Armenia plans to enter $100 thousands into the authorized capital stock of the bank at the expense of the means of the governmental reserve fund. Tweet Views 11988
