Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Araratbank” OJSC became a member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the Exchange, its membership status will give “Araratbank” full access to all exchange markets, including corporate securities, Government bonds, REPO, and foreign currency.

The second issue of its corporate bonds is currently included in NASDAQ OMX Armenia’s Bbond list, and the stocks of the company are admitted to exchange trading.

As of the end of year 2008, the total capital of the bank made approximately AMD 7.55 billion, while total assets exceeded AMD 29.7 billion.
