Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian government approved today the concept for cooperation between the state and the private sector. Mediamax reports that the Deputy Minister of Economy Ara Petrosyan stated that the main goal of the concept is to take the interrelation of the state and the private sector to a new quality strategic level. According to him, trust-management, leasing, concessive management and Greenfield can be chosen as models for the concept for cooperation. Ara Petrosyan stated that the main preference will be given to formation of infrastructures in the sphere of public services (energy, transport, telecommunications). The Deputy Minister expressed confidence that the cooperation of the state and the private sector will contribute to long-term development of economy, will reduce commercial risks both for the state and for business, as well as will increase the opportunities to attract attention of international organizations towards concrete projects. Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian stated that one of the projects, which have been received by the operative crisis prevention staff, was finally approved by the government and may become a concrete example to test the approved concept.
